Signing on Fee 25/26 Season is £0 for u7s - u17s inclusive of both age groups.
The Deans Subs are taken via card payments (usually show as subscriptions in your bank account) at the rates below over 9 months, if you join August 2025, subs finish in April 2026, if you join September 25, subs complete in May 2026 at the rates below.
One off payment available when signing up if preferred.
One Child = £25 per month£225 for the Season.
Two Children = £40 per month £360 for the Season.
Three Children = £50 per month £450 for the Season.
Four Children = £55 per month £495 for the Season.
Have 5 or more Children? when they are all registered and playing for Deans teams you still pay £495 per year. Contact Dave the Secretary if this is the case.
New players to the club from 01/10/25 will pay subs on a Pro Rata basis, payments are for the month you are in, if your child leaves the club, no further payments are taken in the preceding months and no refunds are made for the month you are in.
1. The date you make the first payment will be the same date for all payments going forward and can't be changed.
2. Card details can be changed if lost or stolen or if moving banks etc, contact treasurer@dylfc.co.uk for more details.
3. If you are leaving the club, email treasurer & secretary so arrangements can be made to cancel player registrations and cancel subs.

Payments due if you join the club in the following months:-
October 25 - 8 Payments.
November 25 - 7 Payments.
December 25 - 6 Payments.
January 26 - 5 Payments.
February 26 - 4 Payments.
If the league still accepts players:-
March 26 - 3 Payments.
April 26 - 2 Payments.
May 26 - 1 Payment.
No one plays for the club until Signed on and if subs not up to date, players don't play.
The charges are for children that play their home games at the Deans & Central Venues.
Subs cover:- training facilities, referee fees (League and Cup games only - per the countless messages sent on the managers groups on Whatsapp previously and this year Clubzap), pitch maintenance, FA Affiliation, League membership fees, Facility and equipment maintenance, basic player insurance (during the season only), equipment, coaching courses, DBS checks, money towards the presentation costs, goals, corner flags, nets & coaches kits (list not exhaustive).
Note: When one team finishes their season that doesn't mean subs stop immediately and all club costs cease in that instance.
Deans subs are over 9 months not 12 months as that's what the committee decide.
